Frequently Asked Questions
Depending on the logo package you choose we will deliver your initial concepts in 2 to 3 days. Each revision will usually take 1 to 2 days. For website development you will receive an initial design plan within 7 to 10 business days.
Your final logo package includes both vector and high resolution formats so your logo works everywhere from websites and social media to business cards, signage, and large format printing. If you ever need an additional format, we are happy to provide it.
SVG - Scalable Vector Graphics is the modern standard for logos on the web. SVG files scale perfectly to any size without losing quality and remain very small in file size. This format is ideal for websites, apps, and responsive digital design.
EPS - EPS is a professional vector format commonly used by printers and sign shops. Because it is vector based, the logo can be scaled to any size without losing quality. This format is ideal for packaging, signage, apparel, and large format printing.
AI - Adobe Illustrator Artwork is the native working file used by designers. This is the original editable source file for your logo and allows future modifications if changes are ever needed.
PDF - Portable Document Format preserves both vector quality and layout. This format is widely accepted by print vendors and is convenient for sharing logo artwork while maintaining accuracy.
PNG - PNG files support transparent backgrounds, making them perfect for websites, presentations, and digital graphics where the logo needs to sit cleanly on different backgrounds.
JPG - JPG is a compressed image format commonly used for websites, email, and general image sharing. It works well when transparency is not required.
PSD - Photoshop Document format stores images in layers, allowing advanced editing, effects, and adjustments. Many designers and printers use this format for production work.
TIFF - TIFF is a high quality raster format commonly used in professional printing and publishing when maximum image quality is required.
